Refund policy

We operate a 5-day return and claims window. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or claim. After this period, we cannot guarantee resolution.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Request Deadline: Within 5 days of delivery
  • Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof Required: Photos (and video if possible) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Return Shipping: Free for verified issues
  • Resolution: We’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no extra charge once verified

🔄 Exchanges / Non-Defective Returns

  • Size charts are available on every product page—please refer to them before ordering
  • If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please place a new order
  • We can arrange a reverse pickup within 7 days of delivery (return shipping is at your expense)
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a shipping credit toward your replacement order

🚚 Lost in Transit

If your order is marked “lost in transit” by the courier, we’ll issue a full refund once confirmed.

💸 Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🎨 Colour & Print Variations

All products use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. Slight differences between on-screen colours and the physical product are expected and not considered defects.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Size Issues: Attach a photo with a measuring tape or ruler showing actual dimensions
  • Packaging Damage:
    • If the packaging looks damaged, take photos before opening and mention it in the delivery remarks
    • If the item is damaged during opening (e.g. by scissors), we require an unboxing video and courier packaging images
  • Proof Requirement: Without visual proof, we may not be able to process your return or claim

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

None at present. This may change as our product range expands (e.g. custom or pet items).
